Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

If cancelled, you will retain access until the end of the paid billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

All memberships to the Service are ongoing until cancellation is processed.

Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can cancel it at any time through your subscription page (My Account > Profile > Manage Subscriptions / Update Plan or Cancel). If you cancel your paid subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription for the period of time that has already been paid, and no future charges will be made.

If you do not cancel your membership as set out above, the payment for the renewal period of the membership is still payable and will still be processed on the renewal date. You will be notified close to renewal date that your subscription is about to renew, unless you have already cancelled your membership.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic charges for the next billing cycle.
